Setting up takes one conversation. What takes longer is finding the chats where your buyer actually is — that part we do, and it is the reason the setup is not self-serve yet.
Open @SonarLeadBot and press Start. It asks a few questions: what you sell, to whom, where, and what a good enquiry looks like when it arrives.
Answer in your own words. A two-line description makes a mediocre niche, and a mediocre niche makes a feed you stop reading.
From your answers we write the lead definition, the vocabulary and the stop words, and we find the chats. This is done by hand and usually takes a day.
Before connecting anything we measure the chats and tell you how many matching requests they produced in the last week. If there is not enough, we say so — that is the moment to change the niche or the city, not after you have paid.
Alerts start arriving as soon as sources are live. Mark the first ones useful or not: that is the calibration pass, and it is the difference between a feed at 50% and one at 80%.
The trial is 30 days. Three days before it ends the bot says so; when it ends monitoring stops and nothing is deleted.
Something missing? Ask in @SonarLeadSupport — the answer usually ends up on this page afterwards.
