This page is deliberately concrete. Sonar reads other people’s messages to find requests for you, so what it does and does not do should be readable in one sitting, not buried in clauses.
For a message that looks like a request in your niche: the text, the chat it came from, the time, a link back to the original, and the model’s verdict on why it is a lead. Messages that do not match are discarded — 90–95% never reach the model at all.
We do not build profiles of the people who write in those chats. There is no dossier: a lead is a message with a link, not a person with a history.
About you, the customer: your Telegram id and username, your niches, your connected sources, your plan and your usage counters. That is what the product needs to run.
Leads are kept for the retention window of your plan — 30 days on Trial and Solo, 180 on Pro, 365 on Exclusive — and then deleted. Raw messages that never became a lead are not kept beyond the processing window.
Write to @SonarLeadSupport to get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and its data deleted. Deletion removes your account, your niches and your leads.
If you wrote a message in a public chat and do not want it stored as someone’s lead, write to the same address and it will be removed.
